    We wanted to share how disappointed we are in the unprofessional nature of modern tribe and how they took down our ticketing service without any warning. We understand the important of update (which it won’t even let me do!) but should not take down our website features without notice.

    Hi Brett,

    Man, I’m really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed! Hearing that and being called unprofessional in the same sentence is a tough pill to swallow, but I am hoping we can chat this out a little further and see just where things have gone south.

    First off, what ticketing service are you referring to? We do offer a number of ticketing plugins here at Modern Tribe, but none of them are services in the sense that they could go down. In other words, the plugins are installed on you website’s servers and maintained from there without any other interaction on our end.

    That said, our plugins will never intentionally take down a website. That makes me think that there could be a conflict that may have occurred during an update to either the ticket plugin or perhaps or another component of the site. If you could, it would be super helpful if you could provide some additional information as far as what steps you took prior to the crash happening. I would be more than happy to help troubleshoot from there and even see if I can replicate the same issue on my site. It would also be awesome if you could copy your system information (at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help screen) and paste it here as a private reply.

    I’m sorry for the disappointment, but I do hope we can move forward with this and get back to a position where we can work together and pinpoint the issue.
