ParticipantHi
I’m trying to export the database of attendees to a 3rd party scanning app that can do this offline or centrally form a cloud but in order to do so I need to be able to export the QR links generated on the tickets.I can easily create a database of and input all the ticket ID’s in using concatenate feature in excel but the issue is I can’t get the correct ticket ID exported.
For example the ticket with Status ID #223 has an ID that doesnt match that number which is 224.
http://veganfair.co.nz?event_qr_code=1&ticket_id=224&event_id=213So I need to be able to get the ticket ID exported, please note I’m not very techy when it comes to adding code strings but willing to give it a go, is there any files I can export the ID’s from?
If I can achieve this, scanning tickets will be so much faster with http://www.codereadr.com
Regards
Daniel

ParticipantI could just give the database an unlimited value but because I have Family passes and single GA passes this make it hard for my team to identify ticket types unless they look at customers ticket to see ticket type.
Cheers

MemberHi, Daniel.
I’m sorry but I’m not understanding exactly what you’re trying to accomplish here. Plus, it feels like we’ll end up in customization territory, which we do not support per our Scope of Support / Terms.
I haven’t heard of that QR scanner before, but several other users said http://www.quickmark.com.tw/ worked well for them.
I believe you might be requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17484907-bulk-scanning-qr-codes-log-scans-at-a-later-time
Please do add your vote there if you wish to.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
