ParticipantAll my settings are correct – but something is conflicting that isn’t allowing my tickets to appear on events. It shows the “Tickets” header above the content, but nothing under it.
No CSS is hiding it. It still doesn’t work when disabling all other plugins or when using default WP theme. Everything is licensed and the site is using X Theme, one of the most popular WP themes on the market.
Please help – this is affecting sales.

I’m sorry the tickets aren’t showing up! Can you tell me what you have for the “Start sale” date setting? If it is a date in the future, the tickets won’t show up until that date.
If you aren’t using that setting or changing the date to a current/past date doesn’t make the tickets show up, could you please send me a screenshot of your settings for that ticket (with all sections expanded), as well as a link to the event?

I thought I had already entered the event link as well as the system information as directed.
I also mentioned that I ensured all my details are correct.I suspect that this is not human error. This is a plugin or WooCommerce integration issue.
Might I also mention that Everything is updated, both WooCommerce and all Modern Tribe Plugins.I’ve entered a private reply with the link as well as screenshots.

Thanks for sending that info! I see in the screenshot that you have the “start sale” date set to a date in the future (11/22). Tickets will not show up on the front end until that date. Can you try changing it to today or a past date and see if you can see the tickets on the front end?
