Ticket Sales Ended Early

    Hello, I had an issue with tickets sales ending early. On the back end it says “When will ticket sales occur? If you don’t set a start/end date for sales, tickets will be available from now until the event ends.” but the morning of the event it had a notice saying this event has past and people were unable to purchase tickets. I checked my timezone settings thinking maybe that was the issue, can’t really say that it was. What do you think would cause that? Is there something I didn’t set up correctly?

    Hi, Lindsey. Sorry you experienced this.

    1. Could you please provide a link to the event where this occurred?
    2. Also, can you replicate this behavior for other events or was it just this one?
    3. If there was more than 1 ticket type available for this event, was it all tickets for this event or just 1 of the available ticket types?
    4. Finally, please specify which type of ticket: RSVP, WooCommerce, EDD, etc?
