Ticket Quantity Adjuster Error

I just started using the event calendar and tickets plug-ins and notice that the event ticket quantity counter is behaving oddly.

On a desktop – there are two counters – the leftmost of which works, the right most of which doesn’t.

on mobile (iOS), there are no counters and the only way to adjust the quantity is by manually entering a number.

How do I get rid of the inactive counter on the desktop version and how do I get a working counter on mobile?
