Ticket purchasing section stopped showing up on date of event

Hello

On Friday we were having some issues with the following page;
https://www.classikon.com/concert/backstage-music-redfern-25-may-2018/

This event was on the Friday night and the ticket purchasing section randomly stopped showing up on the page after about lunch time. We had the tickets ‘End Sale’ set for later that night and unless we changed this or the event date to the following day (26th of May – after the event) the ticket section wouldn’t show up.

Hi, Kate. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

My best guess is that this could be due to the End Sale being based on the UTC time zone instead of your set time zone… but maybe not since your event is in a UTC-plus time zone.

Have you experienced this with any other events?

Please share your System Information in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

I had a look in the Events settings and adjusted the Time Zone settings to ‘Use the local time zone for each event’, perhaps this will help?

Let’s hope so if the latest version didn’t help! Please do keep an eye on things and let me know what you find out.
