Ticket pricing function is missing

What am I missing? I looked through Ticket Plus documentation but seem to find where I can add ticket pricing. Your documentation image shows it right there on the ticket page but my site doesn’t have it. I even have a generic test site to test but still nothing.

Also, I noticed that turning on the option of Event Tickets to show on the Products page with Woo Memberships and Subscriptions stops the product page from working correctly. It may be a conflict with the Enfold theme but not 100% sure.

Having a closer inspection to your site I can’t see the Event Tickets Plus plugin installed and activated on your site.

Could you please make sure the plugin is correctly installed? You can check this by going to your wp-admin > Plugins.

Remember you can get the latest version of our plugins by logging in to your account and going to this link > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
