Ticket price showing free

Something happened without any prompt with the tickets on one of the events listed on http://maynila.co.uk. First, the ticket price went down to zero/free and the listing on widgets displayed it as free. When I edited the price within the event listing, it wouldn’t save the correct price so had to edit it on the Products section of WooCommerce. This saved properly but now when you look at the event page, it shows “Free” on the top but with the correct price on the tickets section. The widget also displays it as free.

Can you please advise what happened and what I need to do to correct?

We are sorry to hear about the prices of your tickets being reset on you! That is certainly unintended on our part!
I would love to help you with this topic.

Based on what I can see, you appear to still be using woocommerce tickets version 3.12.1 .
While we still support this plugin, we are also completely phasing that plugin out later this fall.

In case you were not made aware of this, Events Tickets Plus is now replacing that plugin (with several cool new features) while still working great with WooCommerce.

The good news are that you were already granted a license for that new plugin and that you can upgrade anytime you like using the following instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

Full disclosure, I am not entirely sure what happened exactly since this only happened to one of your ticket in a very spontaneous way (which makes it difficult to reproduce) 🙁
