ParticipantI’m trying to sell tickets to continuing education events on my website, however, for some reason the tickets aren’t “sticking”.
I’ve gone to the product and tried to add a ticket to it: http://i.imgur.com/XWIxPtG.png
After saving, this information goes away. I’ve tried to order the ticket a couple different times and when I go to view attendees, it’s always blank: http://imgur.com/DxUtHaG
I’ve followed along on the new user guide, but I seem to be missing something. How can I sell tickets and gather the attendee information?

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Please create tickets from the individual Event itself and not from the WooCommerce Product.
Then it will work correctly.

ParticipantAre there screenshot or descriptions available in the documentation that show where this can be done? I don’t see the that option anywhere when editing the event.
I’ve disabled all plugins/themes and I still don’t see the ability to create a ticket in the event edit section.

Make sure Events is checked in this setting:
Events > Settings > Tickets Tab > Post types that can have tickets
Then you should see this settings meta box:

If it is not showing do you see the Tickets meta box listed in the Screen Options button in the upper right corner?

Just wanted to jump in here and let you know that we released Event Tickets Plus 4.0.5 last night and it included a fix for this issue. Please check your WordPress updates, or you can also grab the latest copy by logging into this site and heading to My Account > Downloads.
