Ticket – no link

Hi 🙂

I create my events and tickets with Event Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Pro.

But I can’t match my events and tickets….

I create my event and add the ticket – All done and perfect, but wen i go to my product page, and click on the product, it doesn’t link to my event…?

I use this short-code: [product id=”” sku=”AND MY SKU HERE”]

I can see my product and picture, but nothing happens when i click on the product..
Please help, maybe i’m using an wrong short code?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure I’m following what you’re trying to accomplish here. By default, the tickets shouldn’t be displaying in your product page. Are they displaying in your default WooCommerce “/shop” page?

When clicking to “view” the product within your WordPress dashboard it should link directly to the event associated with that ticket. Is that where the link goes when you click to view from your dashboard?
