Ticket information on email

Hi there
I have a quick question – is there any way to include the ticket details on the email that notifies us of a new sale?

This is what we get at the moment:

What we would like is the details of the exact event ticket the customer has bought – location and time as well as the date

I’m using easy digital downloads as the payment gateway

I see you are using Easy Digital Downloads to sell your tickets. Ideally, the sales ticket are managed by their plugin. Have you checked their email notification article? You can find it here: https://docs.easydigitaldownloads.com/article/864-email-settings

From that section, you should be able to customize the email information.
