Ticket Information Not Showing in WooCommerce Orders

When we view our Event Tickets Plus orders in the backend through WooCommerce, we cannot see any of the data the user inputted at checkout. For example, when they purchase multiple tickets, they are required to enter the Attendee information for each ticket. However, we cannot see any of this data in the backend of WordPress. One user needs to change one of their attendees and we can’t seem to figure out where we can change this information.

After further review, we have found where to find our attendees. The problem we are having is that we cannot edit their information from the backend. We know that we can enable users to edit this themselves. However, we do not allows users to register themselves, so we cannot use this option. How can we edit an attendee name from the wp admin?

We actually have a free extension that you can download, which will let you edit attendee data from the backend. Can you give this a try and let me know how it works for you?
