    Is it possible to add the information for the ticket fieldsets if you add an order from the backend of woocommerce? Also how do you display the information for the ticket fieldsets in the attendee information.

    Hi Natalie,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    With Event Tickets Plus, you can add additional Attendee Information and create additional ticket fieldsets from the Edit Event page or wherever you have tickets enabled.  You can also add Ticket Fieldsets that will apply to all tickets, or just ones that are specific to one event/ticket.

    In order to display these fieldsets, you can go to Attendee Information in your Edit Event page.

    Yes, I have the additional field sets set up for my events. We do a lot of backend registrations for people and those fields don’t come up under the woocommerce order when we create it. Is there a way you would recommend doing that? Also, last year the attendees names were displayed under attendees, not just the buyer. Is there a way to add the attendees names under attendees list? The purchaser does not attend our event. It is usually their kid and husband.

    You can try adding the following snippet in order to edit attendee meta data:

    You can also try this plugin that lets you edit attendee info as an admin even for tickets that were purchased anonymously:

    It seems that you don’t currently have a valid license, is this correct?  If that is the case, I am limited in how much more I can assist you with your issues.
