Can anyone tell me where the ticket fieldset data is stored on the order?

Hi Mandy and happy Friday!

Yes, the ticket fieldset data can be found in the attendee report for an event.

You can access that information by clicking on the Attendees list for an event (screenshot) and then on the “View Details” link of an attendee (screenshot). That will reveal the fieldset data for a specific attendee (yet another screenshot).

Just to confirm: are you running Event Tickets 4.3.2 and Event Tickets Plus 4.3.2? If not, will you please update to the latest versions and check again?

We are using event tickets 4.3.2 and event tickets plus 4.3.2

The “View Details” link will only be displayed if there is custom fieldset information to display. Otherwise, there is no information to reveal.

Do you know if custom ticket fields were set up for that particular event?
