    Hi Victor, every few weeks i keep getting new updates and i have to keep repeating the process of changing the email template,
    Im using the last code you provided on Github, but the event image and the QR code are no longer appearing on the email, but when i browse the tickets under the website “view my tickets” they appear fine.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with that.

    If you placed the email.php template file I provided insideĀ [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php it should not get overwritten when updating our plugins.

    Could you please confirm that’s where you placed the template override?

    Regarding the ticket image and QR code missing, I’m not sure exactly where you see this difference. I tried reproducing this myself, but I can see the QR code showing fine in both the email and PDF ticket. Do you experience any difference?
