Ticket Details Not Being Saved

    Hi,

    I’ve been using Events Calendar Pro and Events Ticket Plus for several years without any major issues. But I’ve been really struggling to add new TIckets recently.

    Creating Events still works fine. But when I try to add Tickets it’s not saving most of the details. Specifically the Price, Capacity, Start/End dates and the Attendee Info form.

    I enter all the details, click Save ticket. But the info never actually saves. The Price always shows as Free and tickets Unlimited despite me setting a limit.

    Please help!

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues creating tickets. I will try to help you get this sorted.

    I have a few questions for you.

    Are you clicking save on the ticket and then saving the event as well?

    Also, I see that you indicated having gone through the troubleshooting steps. Can you clarify that you tried creating a ticket with the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled and ALL other plugins disabled?
