Ticket counter not working and additional fields not displaying

Hi,

Somehow the dynamic counter showing how many tickets are left does not work and also the additional fields to appear when adding another ticket are not displayed. I think there is some conflict in the scripts somewhere, however, I cannot find out where. Could you perhaps help me? Strange enough, everything does work on a local development environment, but when I transfer the exact same stuff to a web server, it does nothing.

Solved it, the template file was probably outdated or something ?
