    I updated all plugins to 4.0.2 and tested again but am still having the same problem. To be sure I deleted the incorrect ticket and created a new one with stock of 3. I sold 2 of the tickets and when I viewed the event it said “Sold 2 of -1” and when I edited the ticket the total stock said “-3”.

    Hey there, @danfeekey!

    Sorry for the continued trouble here. I do see that we had two tickets in our system related to the quantities being off after a sale. One released in 4.0.2 but I’m wondering if your issue is closer to the one that’s going to be released in the next 4.0.3 update. It certainly sounds like the same deal.

    I don’t have a concrete date for the release, but we are working like crazy to get it out before the holidays. I’ll set this thread to Pending Fix and will update date you when I know more so you are in the loop.

    I’ve a lot of problems with quantity and stock it’s a real hell looks like quantity is decreased even if people don’t buy the ticket, when I change it in woocommerce it’s doing a crazy change that has nothing to do with the initial quantity.

    It’s a real mess to manage the stock just before christmas since the event ticket plus update. I buy a new license to get this new plugin insteas of woocommerce ticket and since I live a nightmare 🙁

    Posting as I have the same issue re stock levels – I sell out of tickets and it carries on selling them rather than saying out of stock.

    Hey folks,

    Thanks for chiming in and sorry for the trouble here with ticket quantities! We have indeed bumped the priority of this issue and plan to release a fix in 4.0.3, which is our next release.

    I’ll be sure to keep you posted directly here in the thread in the meantime. Thanks for your patience while we work on this.

    Good news everyone!

    We’ve just release a maintenance release that addresses this issue. Please look for updates to your Events plugin(s) on your site. Thank you for your patience while we worked to address the reported issues. And don’t forget to review the release notes for all the details on version 4.0.3.

    While our testing shows that the new release fixes the problem reported here, sites are different and it’s possible that there are edge cases. If you are still seeing the issue after you update your plugins, please post a new thread so we can look into it further.
