ParticipantHello, is it possible to have the Event Tickets software send an confirmation email to the address of my choosing every time there is an order? We have a front desk staff, other software like Eventbrite allows them to receive an email every time we have a sign-up.

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
Event Tickets sends an email to the users that RSVP for an event. If you are selling tickets using our built-in Tribe Commerce functionality, you should also receive an email from your PayPal account notifying about payments received.
If you sell tickets using Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce, then you will receive an order notification from WooCommerce for the tickets you sell.

I am considering purchasing the Event Tickets Plus plugin, but is there a way to have an order confirmation sent to multiple email addresses? Or does it only send one to the admin?
This is the main selling point for me, our front desk staff needs to receive order notifications. I am not always available to forward these.

Email order confirmations are all handled by the ecommerce platform. If you sell tickets using WooCommerce, then you can configure its email settings to send new order notifications to other email addresses.
