Ticket add to cart missing

    Hi,

    I am having some problems after the most recent update. My site won’t display the ticket add to cart anymore on the event pages. I have uploaded an image of where the ticket add to cart form was displayed before the update.

    We use a child theme, with modifications to your plugin. When the parent theme is activated the add to cart form displays in the pages main content (at the bottom), but when we activate the child theme it disappears. We want it to display in the sidebar like before the update (and as displayed in the attached image).

    The system information tells me that this file: wootickets/tickets.php (version data is missing from override) might need revision. But I am not sure what this means? Please advice on how to solve this and display the ticket form again.

    Same for the following files in the Event Calendar Pro plugin:
    widgets/list-widget.php
    widgets/venue-widget.php
    widgets/modules/single-event.php

    Can you please help me to figure this out, because right now we do not have the ticket form in place, so we are unable to sell any event tickets.

    I managed to do the revision and have updated all plugins to the latest versions (released today). Still no change! Please advice on how to get the add to cart ticket form back on my event pages.

    Hi, Maaike.

    Thanks for your detailed question.

    This is likely due to Avada theme and its template files not yet updated for our latest versions of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets. It can take them some time (days or even weeks if it’s a big release like this one was) to issue such an update.

    Please discuss this issue with Avada’s support and let me know how that goes.
