This Event plug in is awesome but I need to allow users to subscribe to ical

Is there anything I can do to get this to work? Your product fits every single need I have except for the ical link my users can add to their phones and keep their calendars updated. Can you email me please? Is this feature that difficult to implement? With all the crazy cool features you have in this how is this one not in there?

Ok where do I put that code? Does that add a button to every calendar people can use for subscribing with their phones? I have like 6-7 different calendars that different people subscribe to.

You said above I should go to the wordpress forum to get support questions answered but at the beginning of this forum it says if I am a paid user I can get support here. Free is supposed to go to wordpress. Did I read that wrong when I bought your plugin? I am kind of on both parts of this. I bought the import module and if I can make thios work I will buy the pro version immediately.

Last piece maybe you can help me with. I am using this to manage a sports club schedule. Each team has their own calendar. Maybe you can help me understand the best way to set this up. Here is my criteria. Maybe some custom fields?

2 arenas for the teams to play home games. I need to schedule what teams get to use each place in approximately 1 hour time slots. Starting very early in the am and going pretty late. There are probably 12-14 slots per day per arenas. There is no charge for these slots so no purchasing is needed they just need to be scheduled.

14 different teams need to be scheduled in those slots. All this person scheduling looks at is which of the 14 team managers gets the arena slots each day.This scheduling is done ahead of time and spans months at a time with some small regular adjustments.

Of those 14 teams they all have managers that do the schedules for their respective teams. Home Games, away games(different venue), practice, gym workout, etc. Each team will have their own calendar.

I set up all the venues to include the two home arena’s and the away arena’s and anyplace the teams play at.

The team that needs to be scheduled may not be the only team for that Venue. What is my best way to do teams? I guess I can add tags for the teams but that may confuse people. It would be great if the teams could be added in a field that the person scheduling the event could select. Is that possible? We use Gravity forms for other things on the site. If I create teams is there a way to pull a list into the new event section?

If it is possible to add fields I would like to also add home and away and the final score after the event is over.

I hope you have a way for me to accomplish this.

Thanks for posting here. We can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.

Having said that the snippet goes in your functions.php of your theme and shows all events regardless of category for one year from today.

It does not add a button it must be access by the link in the snippet.

Also, sorry for closing this, but I am leaving for 2 weeks and someone else will be able to answer your question in a new thread, which is fine to post in the Pro forum as you paid for a plugin so please always post everything in the paid forums.
