ParticipantI’ve identified what appear to be some related issues with The Events Calendar + Events Calendar PRO 4.4.5. You can observe the steps needed to reproduce these bugs here. The issue occurs on our production site, but I have reproduced it on a vanilla install of WordPress as follows:
Steps to Reproduce
1. Install WordPress 4.7.3.
2. Enable “pretty permalinks”.
3. Activate The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO.
4. Create an event on one day (e.g. 7pm, April 1). Click the “Schedule multiple events” button, and then add one more occurrence at the same time the next day (7pm, April 2) and another occurrence at a different time on that second day (2pm, April 2).
5. Visit the Calendar page and navigate through the events.Expected Behaviour
1. Hovering over “See all” on any event in the series lists the appropriate dates and times.
2. Visiting any event page works properly.Actual Behaviour
1. Hovering over “See all” on any event in the series identifies the events as occurring on “an unspecified date”
2. Visiting the April 1, 7pm and April 2, 2pm events work, but the third event (April 2, 7pm) cannot be found. Thanks in advance for your help.

MemberHi Sebastien,
Thanks so much for taking the time to report this issue to us! I was able to successfully reproduce this issue on my test install, and I’ve ticketed this bug to be addressed in a future plugin update. While I’m not able to provide an exact timeline for when an update might be pending (and there may be a small additional delay until our yearly team retreat has concluded), I’ve noted this thread on the ticket, and we’ll be glad to follow up with you once a fix has been released! 🙂
For the time being, you may wish to try downgrading to version 4.4 of our plugins–this may temporarily resolve the bug until we can provide an actual fix. You can find information on how to downgrade our plugins on our Knowledgebase here.
Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

ParticipantHello Caroline,
I’ve downgraded to The Events Calendar 4.4.0.1 and Events Calendar Pro 4.4, and the issue persists. This is troubling as our festival is in a month’s time and if people can’t properly view our events schedule it might impact ticket sales in advance. I look forward to a speedy resolution to this issue.

MemberHi Sebastien,
I’m so sorry for the delay in following up with you here! I’m afraid that we experienced a minor glitch with our systems that held up notifications for this thread. While we don’t have any news or updates related to this bug or its progress at this time, I did want to confirm that we have received a number of other user reports regarding this issue, and we’ve raised the priority for this bug ticket accordingly. I’m leaving this thread marked as “pending fix”, and we’ll be sure to follow up as soon as there’s new information to share–thanks so very much for your patience as we continue to work on identifying and correcting this problem! 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
