ParticipantHave version 3.7 of the Events Calendar plugin. It’s a self hosted WP install (installed at GoDaddy). The only thing I saw in the forums is that this field wouldn’t be present in a multi-site install which I’m not running. The only thing I have going on is that I had tried using this plugin with the pro upgrade last year but at the time I was using those reoccurring events through Eventbrite but they weren’t totally supported in an elegant way so they refunded me and I disabled the plugin. I’ve tried disabling all my plugins and changed my theme and still not License tab.

MemberMarilyn,
I can help you out here and see if we can get this fixed.
I have a couple questions that will help me get a better idea of the issue.
Which Add On are you trying to Add a License For? The Events Calendar Pro?
Can you confirm that both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Add On Plugin is activated?
And you are talking about the License Tab in the Events Calendar Settings, correct?
Please answer those and we can get closer to solving this for you.
Thanks!

ParticipantYes this is for the Events Calendar Pro for integration with Eventbrite. I don’t have an “Add On” plugin and can’t seem to find where to obtain that. On my Plugins page I go to add new plugin, search by Author, enter Modern Tribe and it pulls a long list of your plugins but none of them say anything about “Add On”. What am I missing?

MemberOk, let me clarify as I used two different terms for the same thing, which can be confusing.
The Events Pro and Eventbrite and Plugins in themselves and they Add On to The Events Calendar.
For all purposes though they are Plugins, so please think of them that way.
To get all these working you are going to need three plugins.
The Events Calendar (this you can download by search under add new plugins.)
The Events Calendar Pro (this and the next one you have to download from your account here and then using the add new upload option to get the plugin on your site)
Events Calendar Eventbrite
All three need to be active plugins.
Once all three are active head to the Settings page and the license tab should be there..
Let me know if that solves it or there is another issue. related to this.
Thanks

ParticipantAh, manually uploaded plugins to my cpanel and now I have all my license keys entered. My events didn’t flow in but I’ll poke through the how-to documents to figure out what else I’m doing wrong. Thanks.
