    Hello support,

    We keep on getting the below message when we try to import events from Facebook the past week.
    “There was an error fetching the results from your import: Unknown service message”

    The licence is active and with 0 imports used out of 100 available today.

    Please advice

    Hi Ritsa,

    I’m sorry that the imports haven’t been working, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    First, can you try refreshing your Facebook connection under Events > Settings > APIs > Facebook and try importing again?

    If that doesn’t help, could you please send me a few of the links that you are trying to import from so that I can do some testing on my end?

    Hello Jennifer and thank you for the prompt reply,

    I have tried the re-connection with Facebook but unfortunately the problem still exist.
    Here are a couple of Facebook events links:

    Is there something else I can try to resolve the issue?

    It seems to be resolved now, maybe it needed some time for the Facebook re-connection.
