there is just a text with ''Tickets"

I tried to do everything with this issue but still getting a single text under event i.e Tickets

I would love to help you with this topic.

Just to be extra sure, could you provide me with a link to such a case ?

But by the sound of it, it looks like you might have a start sale date in place.
What is going on is that the ticket will not be displayed until that date is met.

Try temporarily removing the start sale date to see if that helps.
