Hey,
I have paid for the plugins – they are great.
I cant get the borders around the ticket information to vanish nor can I removed the featured image fromt he top of the single event page.
I would also like to remove the previous and next event links from these pages as they are slightly confusing.
I have tried creating new theme docs, the works and had no luck – looking for someone to login and help me out.

Have you taken a look at our Themer’s Guide? (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) It might have some information to help you figure this out. And we also have some Tutorials (https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/) available. Although I don’t see one specific to your issue, it looks like there could be a couple that are very close and worth checking out such as Removing the iCal Import Buttons from Views.
Give that a try and let me know how it goes.
