ParticipantI am also having an issue with display of titles on both ECP and Community Events.
http://www.thewifihotspot.com/events/ — shows title of event
http://www.thewifihotspot.com/events/community/add — shows WP Router Placeholder PageI am using the default page template in both. When I switch to the default event template the events page shows the title but the background bleeds through. Nothing changes on the Community/Add page. All the other templates have the same effect.
I have sent my theme as a .zip file to the above email.
Thank you for your assistance!March 11, 2013 at 11:22 am #42253Jonah
ParticipantHi westcoastwifi,
Thanks for sending the theme across. I’ve modified the code a bit for the Default Page Template which is your theme’s page.php template file. Please replace the page.php file in directory/Templates/page.php with this one: http://snippi.com/s/30z7sep
Feel free to modify any of the titles as you see fit. If you want to use a different page template, you’ll need to port this code over. If you need anything else, please let us know.
Thanks,

ParticipantHello Jonah,
That didn’t work. Now my background bleeds through on events page and boxes missing and no signup form on community/add page.

ParticipantHey westcoastwifi,
Are you sure my code did this? Try taking it out and see how it looks. The main events page looks fine to me and it looks like you the login for on the community/add page as it should be. What am I missing?

ParticipantHello Jonah,
Thank you for the help! I think there was a glitch that worked itself out because now it looks fine (thanks to your code!). I do have a question about the community form though. There is no place for a person to click to sign up, just to log in. Am I missing something or is the form missing something?Thank you again for the fast support!

ParticipantHi Erik,
You’re welcome. The Community Events plugin does not provide a sign up process, only the login form, so you would need to figure out something on your own for how you want the signup to work. Let us know if you have any other questions about this. It might actually help to post this specific question to the Community Events forum so that others can see possible solutions or suggestions.
I hope that helps!
