GuestGood Morning, The issue I am having is as follows:
The original website designer turned over ownership of EVENT CALENDAR PRO to a liaison with our company, who then gave rights to an employee.
That employee left to company disgruntled and without notice, Leaving us with the Events Calendar Pro subscription that has now expired. We are unable to renew it as the former employee left no log ins nor passwords.
We would like to purchase a new subscription. The question is; When we purchase a new subscription Does the calendar have to be uninstall and then reinstall on our website? Or will I be able to log into the calendar in with my new subscription and go from there.

I’m pleased to report that swapping license keys for any of our premium plugins is a painless process, and you won’t need to perform any complicated extra steps, such as reinstalling your plugins. Simply log in to your WordPress site’s backend after purchasing, navigate to Events > Settings > Licenses from the WordPress sidebar, and enter your new license key in the provided field for Events Calendar PRO. Save your changes, and you’re all set! There’s no need to reenter any events or plugin settings, and your regular access to plugin updates through WordPress will be restored immediately.
