The mini-calendar widget does not show events.

Hi – I’m sorry you’re facing difficulties.

It looks like you already ran through our standard troubleshooting steps which is awesome – they often make it possible to quickly identify any conflicts that may be present:

YES, I’ve deactivated all other plugins to check for a plugin conflict.
YES, I’ve reverted to the 2011 default WordPress theme (with other plugins still deactivated) to check for a theme conflict.

Can you confirm what the outcome of that test was – did everything work as expected once you deactivated all the other components and did you uncover any conflicts?

Hi, I’ve tried disabling widgets and think it’s a problem with WPML … Can I give you administrator access data to be able to check or do something? Thank you very much.

OK – so on deactivating WPML (and flushing the permalinks by visiting the Permalink Settings screen) the problem is resolved?

If so, that’s unfortunate but not unexpected – WPML does seem to have an adverse impact on the operation of The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO and I’m afraid there isn’t too much else we can do to help with WPML conflicts at this time.

We are excited to report that our upcoming release, The Events Calendar 3.12, includes changes that greatly improve the compatibility between The Events Calendar and WPML. We’ve been working hard on this integration for some time and we want to specifically thank all of our users who requested and waited for this feature. We appreciate all of the support and patience!

Version 3.12 of The Events Calendar will greatly improve compatibility with WPML, but we still have work to do. If you run into any problems integrating the two plugins, please post in our forums so that we can look into the issues. We’ll be on the look out for tweaks and fixes that will improve things further.
