    Hello,
    I’m working with a client and we’ve just migrated their operation from one host to another, in the process, licensing seems to have been lost, not a problem, purchased new, but it appears, the event tickets plus key is not backwards compatible with woocomerce tickets,… while I want to migrate, now is not a good time, is there any way I can get a key to re-activate the woocommerce tickets plugin?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Actually, Event Tickets Plus is built on top of Wootickets. There were no feature loss in the process (only new features).

    When you are ready to migrate, you can simply follow this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

    You are right about the Wootickets key not being compatible. However, not having the key will not prevent the plugin from working properly. The only thing it prevents is updating (which should not be a problem).

    So in short, you can totally go without the license key.

    If you don’t have the files, then that could be arranged too.

    I went ahead and performed the process according to the directions above, I no longer need this key, however the problem I have reported in the other thread is still existing. – will continue with that thread.
