I don’t know of any specific conflicts – but realistically that could simply be because few users actually operate both plugins side-by-side and, in all honesty, it wouldn’t come as a complete shock if you tried this and found that there were indeed some conflicts.
With that in mind, I’d recommend installing and activating our free, core plugin (The Events Calendar) first of all as a litmus test. If all works under those conditions you will probably be safe – but I’m afraid we can offer no guarantees for something like this.
