I see the The Events Calendar WordPress plugin is open source and hosted on GitHub. Is The Events Calendar Pro also open source? It appears that it is because on the Terms and Conditions page (https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/) it says “All Modern Tribe, Inc. premium plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. Go create something beautiful and share it with us.” Is The Events Calendar Pro considered a premium plugin? If the Pro plugin is open source I’m very interested in becoming a customer, otherwise, not as much.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Pro and all our Premium plugins are Open Source, but we currently do not have a public repository for them.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Thank you for the prompt reply! For future reference, is there a way to obtain the Pro source code upon request?

    Hi,

It is available to customers in their accounts.

Generally we do not have a way to provide it on request, but you can try out contact form and we might be able to provide it there.

Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Thanks
