The Events Calendar: Monthly View Error

I am currently using The Events Calendar with my purchased Facebook Events plugin.

My issue is that while viewing the calendar in “Monthly” view, if I click “View all events” for a specific day on the calendar, the link takes me to a page for that day (IE: ../events/2014-05-13/) but then on that page a message is displayed saying that the page doesn’t exist and below the message the page is blank. Why is it not showing the list of events for that day?

Can you please help me resolve this issue. We much prefer the “Monthly” view over the list view.

I’d love to see a public link, to better troubleshoot this issue. However, it seems http://bringbackourgirls.us/events/ isn’t live yet. Are you able to provide a link that is live?

Ultimately I think you have to refresh your permalinks, but that is just a gut instinct, without being able to see it. If you resave your permalinks in the Settings > Permalinks admin page, the page should come up.

Does this make sense? Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.

And just to clarify, I’m not sure this is an issue with the Facebook plugin, but I’m not ruling it out. If I could get a public link I should be able to troubleshoot it better.

The page seems live already, just empty. Is the plugin currently activated?

Hello bringbackourgirls, thanks for the link.

From what I can tell, your single day page is working now http://bringbackourgirls.us/rallys/2014-05-13/, so if you turn on month view it should be working (as far as I can tell).

Also, as per your original question, if the slug is now changed to ‘rallys’, the individual event day pages with change to ‘rallys’ as well. Month view should automatically update to reflect this. As a resource, here are some primers on changing the slugs.

Let me know if month view still doesn’t have the correct links (or if the links don’t work).
