First off, I do want to note that we use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions related to the features of our premium plugins. Technical support can be found in our premium forums with a valid licenses to one of our premium products. If you don’t have a license, you are welcome to purchase one of our products, or post to our WordPress.org forum.
That said, I would suggest upping the amount of memory allocated to PHP on your server. The WordPress Codex has more on this. And, if that doesn’t do the trick, then contacting your host would be the next best bet — many of them place a cap on the memory and requesting more is the way to exceed it.
