    Hi Eventbrite Team,
I have configured the ticket details when setting up the events on my WordPress back-end but the ticket information is not showing on the front-end page where user can purchase the ticket and also I can’t register my events with eventbrite.com. I have configured the license key and as well as Eventbrite API User Key.
    please help me on this.

    Hi Parvaiz!

Did you select the relevant radio button to show the tickets on the front end? Please see this section of the New User Primer to see what I mean.

Let me know if you have further difficulties!

    Hi Barry,
Thanks for your time on this. I have followed all the steps that you have outlined in the video but I am unable to find certain options which are there in the video, which are https://theeventscalendar.com/wp-content/themes/moderntribe/images/eventbrite-screenshot-2.jpg

    Hi Barry,
Also I went through the http://demo.tri.be/eventbrite-ticketing/ and its seems that The Eventbrite Ticketing add-on is in a beta testing so is the issue happening because of this?

Evenbrite Tickets is no longer in beta. It may be that there is text to that effect on the demo site however, if so, that is inaccurate (probably a blog post written pre-2012). There is also a technical issue relating to the last remaining Eventbrite ticket on the demo site.

I have followed all the steps that you have outlined in the video but I am unable to find certain options which are there in the video, which are https://theeventscalendar.com/wp-content/themes/moderntribe/images/eventbrite-screenshot-2.jpg

Can you confirm that the Eventbrite Tickets plugin has been activated? If you have definitely activated it, can you tell me if when you edit an event you can see an option in The Events Calendar meta box marked:

    Register this event with eventbrite.com?

If not, it’s possible that your plugins are out-of-synch. What versions of The Events Calendar and Eventbrite have you installed (and do you have any other Modern Tribe plugins installed)?

Yes, Eventbrite Tickets plugin is activated and also I can see an option “Register this event with eventbrite.com?” in the Event Calendar meta box. I don’t have other Modern Tribe plugins installed. I have done following steps to install Eventbrite ticket plugin.
    1. Installed and activated The Event Calendar Plugin version 2.0.9.
    2. Created a few events
    3. Purchased The Eventbrite Tickets add-on version 1.0.4.
    4. Installed and activated The Eventbrite tickets add-on.
    5. Update the Event Calendar Plugin with new version 2.0.10
    6. Created an event to sell the ticket.

When I select the option “Register this event with eventbrite.com?”, it’s showing me “SET UP YOUR FIRST TICKET” form i.e. https://theeventscalendar.com/wp-content/themes/moderntribe/images/eventbrite-screenshot-1.jpg after filling all the correct/valid details when I submitted the post I got a blank page but when I filled wrong details then it’s showing me proper validation error message. However, the event is getting created but the ticket information is not reflecting in front page and does not sync with the eventbrite.com.

    Hi Barry,

I have deleted the event calendar and eventbrite ticket plugins and reinstalled it but the same problem persist.

Hmm, that’s concerning. There are three possibilities to look at then.

First, try our standard troubleshooting steps. Disable all other plugins and switch to a default, unmodified theme and see if the problem still occurs. If that solves the problem then reactivate everything one-by-one until it returns, taking note of the last plugin you activated at that point.

Second, this could be an environmental problem: can you find out what PHP’s memory_limit setting is – talk to your web host if you are unsure – and if necessary increase it, I’d recommend 64M as a minimum (again seek the advice of your web host on how to do this. There are a ton of tutorials out there to show you how you might do this but they will not always work on all servers).

Third, and once more get hep from your host if you are unsure where to find this, see if you can obtain the server error log for the dates and times when this happened. Note that it is the error log and not the access log we are interested in here.

    Thanks!

    Hi Barry,

I have tried your standard troubleshooting steps and also tried second option but the same problem persists. we have 500M PHP’s memory_limit on the server.

When I have tried the third option. I got few errors log which are as follows :

    Thanks for posting those details.

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘DOMDocument’ not found in /home/azularc0/public_html/Development/naiop/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets/eventbrite-api.class.php on line 58

That error suggests the DOM extension (which in current versions of PHP is enabled by default) is disabled on your server – can you enable it? If you are using the services of a web hosting company then you may need to seek their advice, depending on the level of support offered.

    Hi Barry

The Problem is resolved. We have installed the DOM extension on the server. Now I can create a Ticket and also connect to eventbrite.com.

Thanks a lot for your support and help here…. 🙂

I have one last question for you that is, Could we get a user back to my website, instead of the eventbrite.com, if the user cancels or purchases the ticket? …… I’ll create a new topic for this. So we can discuss over there….Thank you.
