MandyHi, Mandy. I didn’t spot the issue with your tooltips, but I’m guessing it’s some sort of plugin or theme conflict.
We do not provide support for theme or plugin conflicts, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your theme author, developer, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
