The Event Calendar Pro doesn't show in my plug-ins

The license key that I bought says it’s invalid. And I can’t upgrade to Pro because it will not show up in our plug-ins. What can I do to use Event Calendar Pro that I just paid for. I don’t code and I’m a beginner to WordPress.

I’m trying to add tickets to our event, but I get this error message:
