I am not wanting anyone to be able to register and it is not set to private so I am needing help to correct before presenting to prospective client….
This is definitely a strange issue to be having. I have a couple of questions and hopefully this can help us to figure out what may be occurring.
<span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Is this happening only on single event pages or is it happening on all views associated with The Events Calendar such as the main calendar view (/events)?</span>
Are you having the issue when using a default WordPress theme such as TwentyTwelve along with all other plugins deactivated? There could potentially be a conflict that we can narrow down to.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope we’ll be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
I’ve noticed you’ve marked the previous response as the correct answer. I’ll go ahead and close out this ticket but if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!
