Testing Attendee list – RSVP's not being added

Hi,
I have just downloaded you plug-in and I am testing it out before setting up all my tickets.

I created a page, aded a ticket and RSVP.

I then asked some friends to fill in teh RSVP.

Nothing happened. I’m seeing 8 RSVP’s filled in but only myself on teh attendee list. Any ideas what this could be?

I have feedback now that people have sent RSVP and received a ticket with a QR code, but they are not on the list at my end

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the RSVPS.

I’m not seeing any current licenses for our premium plugins connected with your account. Did you renew Event Tickets Plus under a different account? If so, can you please create your request while logged in with that account?

If you do not have a current license for one of our premium plugins, you will need to reach out for help in the WordPress.org support forum for Event Tickets.
