    Hello,

    I represent a public agency in California that is interested in purchasing the Events Calendar Pro Unlimited plugin. I’m required to review the Terms & Conditions of our software purchases to ensure compliance with our governing laws and policies. I did a review of your terms and there are some things we’d need to negotiate before I can approve the purchase. Please let me know if your organization is willing to open its terms & conditions for negotiation.
