ParticipantThe “Default Content”, “Additional Fields”, and “Licenses” tabs are not there in settings.
Also It just says “Settings” at the top not The Events Calendar Settings.
I just bought the facebook events add-on and I cannot add it on. Is there another way to install the add-on. It is a fresh install of “The Events Calendar” plugin. I can’t change the theme because I’ve done that in the past and it destroyed the layout of my site and I lost a bunch of content and it took days to fix all the problems that were caused once I attempted to switch back.
Here’s what it looks like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7gvdtondn7w2u07/Screen%20Shot%202016-01-19%20at%2010.33.34%20PM.png?dl=0

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The Additional Fields and Default Content are features of Pro so will not display unless Pro is active.
It looks like you just have Facebook Events and after you activated that you found the license tab.
If you still need help on this topic, please let me know. If you would like help on another topic please create a new ticket and we can help out.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Guys,
Having the same problem. I had it on our staging server, turned off the licensing on the staging server in hopes of seeing the licensing tab pop up on the new domain to no avail.
I bought Pro, Filter, Facebook Options as well… everything worked well on the staging server.
On the Production Server…please see the screenshot below:
