Sync events with users calendar

Love what you all are doing. Considering purchasing, however we’d like to give our users the option to sync our calendar (google, outlook, ical) with their own calendars automatically. Preferably we’d like to do so by category. So every future event we post in a given category is sent to the user’s calendar.

Is this possible with Events Calendar Pro?

Thanks for reaching out to us and considering out plugins.

The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO do not have a dedicated “export events” or “push events” feature.

However, an iCal feed url is available and you could possibly use that as a source for the import.

You can check the iCal feed functionality here: http://wpshindig.com/

You will find a blue ‘Export Events’ button below the calendar grid. On that sample page it will give you a feed of that month.

The button / url will always match the screen / events you are looking at, so if you are looking at events from a certain category, then the button / url will give you a feed for those events.
