    Hello,

I purchased a multisite license key for our mulitsite instance. I was testing the plugin and resgistered it on our staging multisite instance and now I cant re-use that key for our production instance. I tried un-associating our license key with the previously registered site stack but no matter how many times I press “Disconnect Now” nothing happens. I need to switch the key from our staging to production please advise.

Nevermind, it just worked. Just needed to wait a few min, I guess!

    Hey @Jon,

Really sorry about the odd behavior here. I think this is related to an issue with our “PUE” (“Plugin Update Engine”) instance that we actually didn’t find until this morning, even though it started having issues yesterday!

There’ve been a reports of similar license/account-related issues this morning, but a few short hours ago our developer Daniel fixed things up.

So, while I hate to ask you to do the same steps that you’ve already tried to no avail, can you head back to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys and try the “Disconnect Now” link for the thearc.rangeprojects.com domain name again? Delete the key itself from the wp-admin of this domain, as well.

If that seems to work as expected now, proceed with activating the license on chapters.thearc.org, etc. – let me know how things go!

Hasn¹t worked yet, still getting the same error even after removing the
    license key from thearc.rangeprojects.com I can un-licence and re-licence
it to that domain but not to a new domain and when I click ³Disconnect
Now² nothing on the front end other than an alert changes, the text
    doesn¹t update the domain remains.

Sorry to hear this @Jon! Are you attempting to activate from a network-activated version of The Events Calendar’s settings page? If so, can you try doing it from the admin of the plugin activated on an individual sub-site instead?

Thank you for your patience with this!

No, Im trying to activate this at the site level. I still can’t revoke the old site, and can’t add the new one. Im stuck now because the staging instance is gone, we don’t use it anymore but I can’t remove that in your system to add our new multisite network. This is a real issue for us, we have a lot of sub-sites relying on this functionality. Please advise.
