Switch licence to another domain name

Hi Guys

I have purchased a Event t Tickets Plus Licence. I have used it on a test domain name – jamconcert.online before migrating to it’s production domain name – jamconcert.org

How do I switch the licence from the test jamconcert.online to jamconcert.org

Hi Dave,

I’d be happy to help with this! In fact, we have step-by-step instructions for moving licenses from one site to another right here:

You basically disconnect the site from your account here on our site, then enter the license key on the new site. 🙂
