Swapping Liscence

Hey, we’ve used Events Calendar Pro + Event Tickets Plus for about a year on a site using Woocommerce.

We’re in the process of updating the site at the moment and as such a few weeks ago I renewed the liscences for both, however I wasn’t thinking and we had actually decided to swap to EventBrite and use them for ticketing rather than Woocommerce. But when I updated our liscences I just updated the Events Tickets Plus one accidentally.

Is it possible to swap the liscence over to Event Brite please?

Hi Russ,

Sure thing! I have deactivated your license for Event Tickets Plus and replaced it with a license for Eventbrite Tickets. You can access the new license by logging into your account here on this site and heading to My Account > Licenses.
