Subscriptions instead of events.

I’m working on a project which should allow people to subscribe to (for example) yoga lessons. The people can choose between several options, from a single lesson, to a full years worth of lessons.

As you can imagine there isn’t an actual date attached to that, but is there any way to get this kind off functionality with WooTickets and the Calendar?

In honesty I think WooCommerce Tickets would not be the best fit here, since your products are not “pinned” to events with specific dates, and it may be cleaner and easier to simply use WooCommerce/your ecommerce engine of choice for something like this.
