Good evening Tammy and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.
I think your approach is very sound. You can simply let one expire.
The good news is that there are no harmful consequence even if the subscription tied to your live website is no longer active. What would happen is that you will get a message telling you the subscription has expired and you would no longer be able to update your plugin from wp-admin.
As it stands, the situation is as follows:
- The subscription ending in December is tied to ccwcd.org
- The subscription ending in April is tied to http://www.ccwcd.org
It looks like you are using http://www.ccwcd.org (based on your system information).
But no worries, wether it is now or after the April subscription ends, you can simply move your licenses around: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
If you are not sure which is which, you can take a look at the license keys page (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/) and look at Events -> Settings -> Licenses
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
