Subscribers not allowed to Edit – still menue item

Hi,
My subscribers still see the events menue-item at the backend although they’re not permitted to submit events. When they hover over the item a blank submenue opens. Why is that?

Hi Sam,

Interestingly I see something different – a subscriber can view the list of events and submit new events for review. I’m going to check in with the team on this one – please bear with me as many of them are currently away so there might be a short delay of some days before I get back to you.

OK … turns out we’re aware of this and it will hopefully be fixed in a future version. The difference between what I saw and you saw was due to a different plugin (Community Events) running at the same time.

So, in summary, this is in hand and should be resolved shortly.
