    My client has a pro license, however I’m not the original purchaser so I can’t login to submit on the forum. I need help troubleshooting this issue as they cannot even use the plugin currently. I’m happy to provide an activation key if needed. I can edit all old events, but when I try to do a new event post, it says I can submit for review. Once I click that, it tells me “You are not allowed to edit this post.” I’ve updated WordPress and the Events Calendar Pro to the most recent updates.

    Howdy Craig,

    I would love to help you figure this out. I tried finding a license key for that website, but there is non attached to it. Would you mind sharing the license key? Once I have that I can proceed with helping you. Or if your client can provide you their login, you can login here.

    It does seem like this might be a conflict. Have you ever used a user role editor on your website? Can you try disabling it and setting your user role back to the defaults? If that doesn’t work, you might try a full conflict test. This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict, and then identify what is conflicting.

    I checked an older version of the website and no new plugins have been added since. Please help ASAP!

    And also, no I don’t have any role editors installed, but it does seem to be a permissions issue.

    I made a sandbox site and tested for plugin conflicts. Looks like I got the issue.
