HI I would like to reduce the size of the file allowed for upload in the submission form to 3 MB how do I do this?

Hi Thanks for that. I am happy to change the functions.php to add in the correct upload limit, but can’t find the file! I am looking in plug ins editor > the events calendar community events and then what? loads of files what section will it be in?

It’s in your active theme’s folder — ideally using a child theme:
- https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
- https://codex.wordpress.org/Functions_File_Explained
Example: /wp-content/themes/your-child-theme/functions.php
